In Dubai in September 2026, published single-peptide prices at the clinics we checked run from about AED 1,200 to AED 3,800 per pen or program. Tesamorelin sits higher at AED 6,000. Multi-peptide bundles run from AED 3,000 to AED 9,500. Entry protocols start near AED 799 to 875. Your real number is the total cycle cost. It depends on dose, weeks, and whether consultation, bloodwork, delivery and nurse visits are included.
You search for peptide therapy cost in Dubai. Every result says “book a consultation.” No number. You can’t compare clinics, and you can’t budget.
That gap gets filled by the wrong things. Instagram sellers offer cheap vials. Vague “from” prices double once fees land on the invoice. And since July 2026 the risk is sharper. The Emirates Drug Establishment announced action against 71 sources marketing or selling unapproved peptide products, and referred 14 social media influencers to the National Media Office. Gulf News

The pattern is clear. An entry price sits around AED 800 to 1,500. A serious multi-peptide program sits well above AED 5,000.

Yes, the vials are cheaper. One “research peptide” seller lists a PT-141 10 mg vial from AED 300. That price buys no doctor, no labs and no follow-up. It also sits in the exact category regulators are targeting. The EDE said it is running a nationwide inspection campaign on compounding pharmacies and warned that using research-only substances outside approved trials carries significant risk. What happened in July 2026. The EDE acted against 71 sources, referred 14 influencers to the National Media Office, and stressed that calling a product a “peptide” does not make it an approved medicine. It named retatrutide as an example: still under clinical investigation and not approved for marketing or medical use in the UAE. It also said it found no unapproved peptide products in licensed pharmaceutical warehouses under its supervision. The problem sits in digital marketing, not the licensed supply chain. Regulatory status varies by peptide. Ask each provider how a specific peptide is sourced and dispensed. A licensed pharmacy should be named in the answer.
Peptides sound harmless. UAE doctors quoted by Gulf News warn that they are still biologically active compounds, that many peptides sold online are not pharmaceutical grade, and that risks include contamination, mislabeling, infection, hormone disruption and unmonitored IGF-1 changes.
